I bought a watch from your store, I dropped it and broke the glass. Took it back for repair, this was I Oct of last year. Have been calling to find out what deal is on why it's not repaired yet, no one will call me back. Finally talked to someone and they said it's because of Bulova can't get part. It's been 4 months and still no watch. I called again today and talked to manager asking for a refund or another watch. He refused. I have been a steady customer of Kay for many years and have probably spent over 20,000.00 in last 10 years.. It is only a 350.00 watch. Why can't they give me another watch or a refund. I am.not going to buy anything from Kay again and am going to tell everyone I know how you operate. Resolution Sought Refund or another watch.
