Very unproffesional

Very unproffessional. They constantly lie. I have called 8 times. My ring has been gone since 10.26.20. Today is now 01.15.21 and my ring is still being repaired. I need someome to call or email me with a explanation. Its very frustrating. Never buy your ring from them they can keep your wedding ring as long as they want to. I was suppose to be set up with a specialist and that never happened. I have lost faith.
