We ordered our pool in April 2021 we're told installation would be 30 to 60 days . Beware that is Monday through Friday excluding Holidays also was to be put in by 1st week in August. October still no pool filled with the BBB. We were given an offer if we stored our complete pool for the winter and payed for it the pool would be installed in spring and we would receive 1000 dollars off. We stored the pool and it was finally Installed in April I year later . We were not given a set of stairs we payed over 700 dollars for when the pool was delivered in the fall the installer noted that . KAYAK POOL'S MIDWEST did have them sent to our house and 2 months later the steps are still sitting there . My family has been able to use the pool I have not I need the stairs to get out of the pool I have had many back surgeries also recently had knee replacement surgery was hoping to use the pool to rehab these surgeries . I HAVE CONTACTED THEM MANY TIMES NO RESPONSE. BUYER BEWARE OF KAYAK POOL'S MIDWEST at least we have a pool and the stairs I hope this will help someone else to not have to stress worries and hard ship we have had. Resolution Sought Install my steps so I can use my pool. It has been over 1 year. I want them to do it so my warranty is not affected by me have someone else to do it.
