In late July 2020 had $6,429.11 landscape work done by KB. Plants warranty for 90 days. I called KB before the 90 days. Jay the salesman came out. He saw the plants were dead. He stated that they were planted incorrectly. You could see the roots above the surface...Because of the time of the year the warehouse had none left. Jay wrote on our paperwork that the company needed to come back to replace 10 Verbeana (1 gal) in the fall of 2020. He also stated that I could change the flowers in case KB didn't have the original ones in stock. So in the fall I called KB-spoke with an employee named Nancy. The flowers were not available, wait until they were. Then Covid came. Never went out during Covid. Now able to go to KB. Today, spoke with Mary. She called and spoke with the owner-Kevin. His policy was not to replace the plants because of the time. He would allow me to purchase new plants 1/2 priced. I had believed that KB would honor their salesman's written note on their paperwork and Employee-Nancy statements. Mary, today, stated no other written notes regarding my phone calls were on my account 00607G /034997. Mary did take a copy of the paperwork. Resolution Sought Replace 10 flowering plants at their cost.
