Chris managed our property until we sold it in 2021. For tax purposes annually, he is obligated to provide the owner the 1099-MISC and "Owner Profit & Loss", which he did through 2019. He has not provided 2020 and 2021 (partial year). For about a month, he has disregarded numerous phone messages, text messages and emails from myself and my wife, causing me to wonder: Is he closed for business? traveling, e.g. for vacation? sick and unable to work? Resolution Sought Provide the 1099-MISC and "Owner Profit & Loss" for 2020 and 2021 (partial year). Alternatively, he could respond to Bernadette by phone or by email. Or to Steven's email. Steven is traveling and cannot be reached at the moment.
