The owner/repairman, came to our home on 10-6-21, he was located through a hot tub repair website. Hunter wrote up a work order to repair our hot tub for $860.38 which he stated he needed now to order the part. I wrote him a check for that amount, and we were told that evening that the part was in the warehouse and that he would be back in contact with us within 1 week. To this date he has texted one time on 11-4-21 that he was back in town and will contact us the next week to set a time/date to repair our hot tub. To this date he has not returned any phone calls, voice messages or text . Please help. Thank you Resolution Sought Return all of our money, $860.38. I do not want this person back in our home ever again!! As far as the next question. I would rank him a minus-100!!
