My apartment has been flooding for a week now due to a heater problem for the unit above us. I notify the management on Monday as soon as I notice the issues but nothing was done,I went there on Tuesday,She said they will get it done on Wednesday but nothing was done on Wednesday either,I went back on Thursday to complain,only for the manager to call the police on me that I am being rude,The police was so nice enough to understand why I should be mad. I have lived in this apartment for over 3years and never had any issues,this management just took over and is been hell ever since. There has been many issues before this but this is just the height of it. How do u expect me and my family to keep sleeping in flooded apartment. The carpet is soaked and they have refused to take the carpet out so it can dry. The manager told me to moved out if I don't like it. Resolution Sought Response to emergency in a timely manner and find professional people to manage their property.
