The company stated they would provide me with an itemized list of services/labor/materials so I could submit it to my insurance so they would cover my roof repairs. Keeney refuses to provide the documents I need to submit over to my insurance company. The roof was put in last year and there is no reason for them not to provide me with the itemized list of all labor and material break down. Because they refuse to provide me the documents, my insurance company is refusing to help pay the total amount. I've tried reaching out to different people in the company and they continue to ignore my request. Resolution Sought I need them to provide the proper documents so I can submit it to my insurance. I need an itemized break down of all roofing materials and labor. A complete break down is needed showing how much materials were used and the amount labor costs as well. I need more than a brief summary for insurance.

Company states: We did provide a breakdown of materials and labor invoice but insurance company did not accept the invoice. Customer is providing us with the email for insurance company for us to provide to them directly for him. Customer told us they are good with that.
