I came across your ad in Facebook Marketplace I researched the site read the return policy and the facts about their company. Basically I wanted to make sure the company was located in the United States and it wasn't going to be a scam from China. Their phone number was a Florida phone number they told me my package was being shipped from Kilbourne Ohio 430 32. My boots we're not made of leather and they were too small. They also had some chemical smell so strong I had to put them in my garage. I contacted the company through email told him the issue and that I would be returning the shoes they gave me some address located in China when I went to UPS to return them it was $179. What a scam! Before I found out how much it was going to cost to return the shoes the company offered me 10 back and I would not have to return my boots I said no. Then another offer for 15 return of my purchase price I said no. Then I went to UPS and they told me $179 to return my boots! Who on Earth would purchase a $60 pair of boots knowing that it would cost them $179. I read everything on their website word for word before purchasing my boots. I feel the company is committing fraud somehow. Not only is the product not what they claim it to be. They make returning them ridiculously impossible. I feel there should be some sort of law against what day are doing. I was willing to lose another $20 to in order to get my $60 back but $179 that is just ridiculous. Resolution Sought I would like you to get in contact with this company I would like a full refund of my purchase price and I will send the boots back to Kilbourne Ohio 43032 being as that is where their website says they are shipped from. It is ridiculous that companies are allowed to scam hard-working people and such a fashion. Literally should be against the law not to mention that you have to return your purchase to China.
