This sorry bunch of individuals did a remodel job that cost me well over $25,000. The guest toilet HAS NEVER WORKED. They refuse to fix it. They refuse to come back to my house because "they are super busy, it worked fine when we left." That is a LIE. I have emailed Patrick Kelty 3 times, never responded. On January 11, 2024 (almost a month after completion ). I went to Kelty and spoke with PATRICK KELTY THE OWNER and he wanted ME TO FIX IT! This has been the worst experience with any company. Resolution Sought FIX MY TOILET!!!! Or send me a $1000.00 for pain and suffering. I PAID THEM CASH AND THEY ARE A SORRY BUNCH OF LACKLUSTER IN COMPETENT CONTRACTORS.

Company states; I have attached (upon request) a text between my project manager and Mrs Curtis on December 19th. She clearly stated that we did not need to adjust her commode, her neighbor did. Kelty Tile has been in business for 25 years, and we are very successful because of how well we take care of our customers. We have handled thousands of successful remodels over the years, and that is due to our outstanding work and customer service. She had told me her commode was running for 6 days straight, which I said was ludicrous. Simply remove commode lid and check to make sure the chain connected to the rubber flapper was not tangled. That would stop the flapper from seating over the drain hole, which would cause it to run continuously. She had the audacity to claim that I asked her to fix her commode! I was trying to be helpful. This complaint is totally baseless. Sincerely, Owner

Consumer states; This man is delusional and I will see him in court. Yes my neighbor INSTEAD of Pat Kelty did semi fix the toilet for a Christmas party with 26 people at my house. My neighbor is not a plumber!!!!! I had to PAY A REAL PLUMBER to change out the flapper and adjust the floater. Not a week later a huge wet spot appeared on the base board in my bedroom where the new shower was installed by PAT KELTY. I have called, emailed more times than I can remember. I went to his business extremely upset and on the verge of tears the only thing he did was laugh at me. He will come fix the leak ( I have a video that shows the water is coming out of the wall.) ALSO with such a distinguished company with a whopping 26 years in business you think they could hook up a sink that the cold side is cold and the hot side is hot , well PAT KELTY you didn't!!! The sink in the master bathroom plumbing needs to swapped where the handle matched what comes out the faucet. I have filed a complaint in Judicial Court and will see PAT KELTY and his impeccable 26 years of flawless plumbing abilities in March. See you then!
