This company has been taking advantage of me and my insurance company.

This company has been taking advantage of me and my insurance company. They are over charging my insurance company for 43 hours of service a week and I'm only getting 35 hours a week of services. Please stop this company from doing insurance fraud on anybody else. I think they should be shut down because if they are doing this to me how many more are they doing this to.
