Company mysteriously charged over 200.00 more with no notification in the mail or email. I think it very unprofessional and breech in trust. I'm now giving a 39 day notice that this the last month of service from me. Resolution Sought I would like business look in see the two time contact them for road side assistance and they never showed up and I had for tow truck I want them to reimburse the money back that's what I was interested in the most..

Policyholder Mr. Chima Policy Number 10142122901 Issued by Infinity Insurance Company, NAIC 22268 Dear Mr. Chima, This is in response to the complaint that you filed with the Business Consumer Alliance, regarding the premium increase for the renewal effective 01/15/2024 of your automobile insurance policy with Infinity Insurance Company and your roadside assistance coverage. The renewal premium increase effective 01/15/2024 was due to five (5) points being charged on your renewal from a property damage accident that occurred on 03/29/2023 under claim number 23123588925. Your Good Driver 2 discount was changed to Good Driver 1 effective the renewal date. Your renewal was also affected by our most recent rate revision that was effective 08/04/2023. We are not currently showing that roadside assistance has been used on your policy and no claims for roadside assistance are listed. If you have any documentation showing that the roadside assistance claims were filed, please provide the information for further review.
