I was granted for a sum of money and was not given a date of when i was supposed to receive the money. Then when I tried to contact them to find out what the problem was that was causing the delay, I was ignored. I have made several attempts to contact them but just end up ignored. This has been going on since May 25th of last year and they sent a letter in January stating that I was awarded money yet all they do is run me in circles. They gave me a number but the calls are never returned. Also when I received my letter they misspelled my name which will cause another future problem that simple communication would fix. Resolution Sought I would like to be paid what I was granted. I've been patiently waiting for my 2013.21.
