I traded in my 2010 Jeep Commander for a 2020 Hundyia Tucson on June ,26 . Has of today they have not paid of my loan for the Jeep ,today is July 7,2023 .DBS Financial what's my payment because they have not received a check from Ken Ganley Kia of Medina. The salesperson ,Marven from Ken Ganley ,contacted me today and said thier title company does not have the funds to send to DBS and that I would have to make a payment on the Jeep, the Jeep they took has a trade!! So ,I made the payment for the Jeep today,,a Jeep they have . Marven assured me that I would get my payment for the Jeep back. This has been a problem now since June 26,2023 first it was my address now they have no money to pay off my Jeep!?! Is this common ? Legal? Steve in finance who was quick to have me sign for the new car is not has quick in returning my call . Help me please ! Resolution Sought Jeep paid off. Money reimbursed for a payment k made in a car I no longer have. $41. 00 I paid to have my entire lease faxed to captial one and whatever else Ken Ganley Kia of Medina feels is right !

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in July of 2022 and was told by the salesman that I had a bumper to bumper warranty and the vehicle was inspected and there were no issues. Less than 4 months later and the engine needs replaced and Ken ganley is not taking responsibility for the lies the salesperson told me. I have a witness to the bumper to bumper statement. I was told I would get a loaner vehicle and the dealership has not provided one. Resolution Sought I want the unsafe vehicle that was sold to me replaced with a reliable vehicle that will not put me and my childs life in danger
