Purchased Volkswagen Tiguan 2017 on 9/30/2021. Was told I would need an oil change in 6,000 miles. My oil light went on yesterday with less than 4,000 miles. Also was told when purchased vehicle that the dealership would do repairs and maintenance it today was told by their service department that they do not service Volkswagens. Total misrepresentation at time of sale and they won't do anything to rectify.in addition after just having vehicle for a week one of the tires was beyond repair. It had only 14 808 miles and sales person told me tires were good to 50,000 miles. Resolution Sought Pay me for a second oil change due to misrepresentation of how many miles I could drive before needing oil change.
