I received a wig from Kendra's Hair Boutique on 11/27/23. This was my first time ordering from this business and I was excited to receive what I thought was a high quality virgin wig. Their website claims their hair lasts at least 6 months to a year. I first had the hair installed by my hair stylist on 12/9/23 and the hair quality seemed good at this time. By my next appointment for a wash and maintenance on 12/23/23 I noticed the hair integrity had declined. The hair was not dyed or tampered with in any way. The hair would tangle and get matted very easily! No matter what I did the hair did not do what it was supposed to do! I paid $756.00 for a wig I thought would last for my wedding this June 29th 2024. I am heartbroken because I truly thought this hair was of good quality like the website says. I tried reaching out to the company and have had no response from them. I would like a refund of $756.00 of my hard earned money so I can buy a new wig from a reputable hair company. Thank you so much for your help. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of $756.00 so I can order a wig from a reputable hair company in time for my wedding this June.
