Three weeks ago I applied for a classroom assistant at Kennedy Krieger Institute with Mr. Marvin Dixon. They kept giving me the run around. They sent me paperwork in my email to get approved and for finger printing at the absolute fingerprinting site. When I arrived at the finger print site the receptionist told I needed a form to get fingerprints. I called Mr. Marvin Dixon and he told me I should have waited. I caught a bus all the way out Towson Mall and caught a bus in humid conditions. So, I addressed my concerns and said it was very unprofessional. Mr. Mark Dixon told me it's best if we part ways. I felt like they were discriminating me because I am a black woman. I do not want this to happen to any one else. We have a voice. That is why we have free speech. And that is something no one can take from us.
