I bought a truck from this man I didn't even make it's out of the parking lot in the truck wouldn't start they said it was a security issue when I killed the truck they said I didn't put it in park all the way so they kept it until the next afternoon around 6:00 they called me earlier that day and told me it was fixed his wife did and they were bringing it to me hours went by and I called back and Kenneth answered and said it still wouldn't even fixed yet I said well Ashley called me hours ago and told me you were on your way it was fixed well then they show up and didn't even let me know they were coming and bring me the truck and he says that it still needs a cool pack and a compressor for the air conditioner when I test drove this truck there was nothing wrong with it it didn't run like that it didn't need nothing when they kept the truck to the next day they traded out parts he's got a truck identical same year model and everything is the one I purchased now out there in the parking lot for sale I was supposed to take you in the truck back and have it fixed he said that he would fix that well I had someone look at it and it's leaking I drove the truck tomorrowton as I was driving I called him and tell him I smell wires burning is that supposed to happen he said no he said whatever it is he would fix it he hasn't had no contact with me he hasn't called to let me know when he's ready for me to bring it to fix it since I got it you ain't had no contact with me or nothing Resolution Sought I want you to investigate him and I want my money in my car back or I want him to fix this truck said he would I'm not making payments on something I can't even drive I'm paying a total of 12,500 for this truck

Company states: I have spoke with the owner of the vehicle and have offered to help or fix any issues. They claim to have no issues with the vehicle, however there were issues with the tires which I generously offered to fix. But they have not brought the vehicle in, there is nothing I can do if they don't bring in the vehicle. I have offered solutions and they are always welcome to contact me.
