Poor customer service

I went to your store located on Mayfield Road I think the address is 4001 Mayfield Road I get out my car and someone in your drive through window the store was closed. P.m. and I for the dining room giggling car saying that the store was closed so I called the store and requested to speak to a manager and the manager said that the store dining room doesn't close to 9 pm. so I'm not understanding why you had two employees in the window saying that the dining room was closed not only that I did have to use the restroom and I will I am a town gas so I am very disturbed by the the actions of the employees of a fast food restaurant because I also work for a fast food chain and that is no way to have customer service or to greet a customer I would appreciate if these employees get some type of training on customer service and the manager as well because the manager was hesitant to give me her name she said her name was Kim but she was very hesitant I had a full conversation with her before she even gave me her name and once again I felt that these actions are very rude and disrespectful and distasteful. I would like for you to give your employees and managers some customer service skills and communication skills with the customers thank you
