Took my car to Kerry Ford to get looked at after my was in a rear accident. Had another body shop do the body work but the car was not running correctly. I thought the impeller on my turbo was broken but I just had a turbo put on it like 6 month prior. Kerry Ford told me my car was ran without any oil in it & turbo needs replaced & timing issues. Kerry Ford told me I needed a new engine & quoted me 11,000.00 for a new engine without really getting into my engine at all. Kerry Ford just put my diagnosis machine up to my car. I denied the repair with Kerry Ford because I always check my oil & I knew I had a timing issues. So Kerry Ford said they put 4 quarters of oil in my car just to read it on the dip stick. Once I had the car towed from Kerry Ford back home. I drained the oil out of my car to find that there was over 8 quarts of oil in my car. My car is suppose holds 5.7 quarts with oil filter. Which was causing the car to smoke bad. They were completely dishonest & over filled my car w/oil to make me think my car needed a whole new engine. I replaced my turbo in my car & drained all 8 quarts of oil out of my car. My car runs great now thanks to about shop. Resolution Sought Since they were completely dishonest about me running my car without oil. Then adding more oil to my car to overfill it causing it to smoke very badly. I had to drain I feel like they should give me the money back for the diagnosis fee I had to pay for. Since I had to have someone else fix the 8 quarts of oil they out into my car.

They have had our 2015 Ford escape for about 4 months now. It caught fire from a recall part. And they are trying not to fix it. They never call us. We always have to call and check to see what's going on with the car. They keep giving us the run around with why they're not going to fix the car. Resolution Sought I want them to fix it because it caught fire that was caused by a recall part.

I'm not exactly sure why this is a complaint against Kerry Ford. The customer's concern is being addressed by Ford Motor Company.
