Requested a refund from a fraudulent purchase of $120. Paid to return product. Keto returned 1/2 half and has made excuses for returning the other half. I've talked to "supervisors" every week for the past 11 weeks. Always blamed my bank, Citibank. Never could provide transaction ID's or tracking information. It's always a different excuse. Received product 7/16/22. It's October 24, 2022 and as of today, still no refund of the balance. Resolution Sought Is there anyway you can put pressure on Keto to return my full refund. I did prepare a small claims for Clark County courts but I would have to pay a fee.

The products were falsely advertised I took the diet aids from Sept 2021 thru Dec 2021 and it didn't work I was told I had to take them until ketosis starts it never did. Resolution Sought Refund my money as I return unused products.

Per consumer called she received a full refund in two payment the most recent payment was 02/02/2022, consumer is now fully refunded and complaint is resolved.
