Started out as a free sample, jumped to $59.99 and was charged $259.99. I called the next day to cancel and was told I had to wait for the product to be received before I could cancel and send it back. I sent it back within the time frame as directed. Followed instruction. When I got the refund they with eld $70.00 for a restocking fee. I was never told about any fees. I have called numerous times and I have been hung up on, put on hold and told a supervisor would call me back. No one has ever called me. I was told it was company policy and the fee was created by a third party. I asked for proof of policy in writing to dhow that it was disclosed to me. It has never appeared in any of the correspondence I have gotten from them. Resolution Sought I want a refund plus mailing fees that I paid for to return the items.

We take great care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly managed. We issued an additional refund of $70.00 as the customer requested. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time, for the credit to reflect in your account. Rest assured, the account is cancelled, and you won't receive any further charges.

Thought order one bottle it ended up 5 bottles. Called within 10 minutes cancelled refused to cancel it. Offered 60 discount. Told them no cancel complete order. Called bank put in a dispute. They sent product i returned product and they are still refusing to give me my money back. Said they would deal with bank as bank credit that money to my account. Bank took back money from my account. Both bank and Keto said I had to work with the other and neither is working to get my money back. Spoke to bank and Keto many times and neither is giving me my money back. This happened Oct 2. 2021 returned product unopened on the 7th. I have no money or product. Resolution Sought Refund!
