I purchased a Keurig in April 2023 and in August 2024 in the process of brewing a cup of coffee it shut down it would not power back on. I contacted Keurig. They determined that my coffee maker is defective but because it was over the one year warranty. They would gladly offer me 50 off of a new purchase. I feel that after spending $300 on a coffee maker, they should be way more willing to replace, one that they determined to be defective . The fact that they would think I'd even want to purchase another coffee maker from them after this is just embarrassing. Resolution Sought Honestly, I'm just trying to place a review somewhere to let people know what to expect from Keurig. This is extremely disappointing and I will not be doing business with them ever again.

Called them to get replacement for Keurig Mini that is no longer working. Have only had this since November or December. Wanted to know if I still had receipt which I do not. Kept trying to get me to purchase a new one with a discount. Not doing that. Will never purchase another product from them.
