Contracted Kevin Altamura to remove old porch and rebuild This was May 2021 he agreed to start 30 days after down payment and be complete 45 days after that, which would have been mid august 2021. it is now mid-July 2022 and the project is still only partially done (50) Kevin does not return calls and only seldom texts that someone will show up which they only do sometimes. I had to question the quality of the work several times, I just found out the other day the worker doing the job had quit and there has been no other communication from Kevin. his electrician will most likely be working this weekend, but since Kevin has not returned my repeated attempt to contact him i do not know the future course of the project Resolution Sought Have the project completed with quality workers in a timely manner by skilled workers as was promised. use quality subcontractors. have Kevin personally Return calls in a timely manner
