I bought two pieces of jewelry from your company. When I got home I realize that you employees sold me empty boxes. There were no jewelry in the boxes !!! When I called them and told him the problem they told me it was impossible so I asked him to look at the camera…. Your employee Stela called me back and left me a voicemail saying that she looked at that camera and everything was good that they gave me the jewelry. When I asked her to see the camera for myself she told me that I'm not allowed to see it. So I filed a police report and went to the store with the police the next day. Stella wasn't working there that day… And the other manager told the police the cameras not working. I want to get to the bottom of this I'm all about justice I want my money back or my jewelry back. I want those people who responsible of stealing to get fired. This is unacceptable for a company like yours !!! Resolution Sought I'd like my money back or my jewelry back.. and I want those thieves to get fired and punished.
