The girl gave me nothing but problems on the phone

I called Key Bank to find out how I get my card updated because the expiration date was for 4:19. The girl gave me nothing but problems on the phone and cancelled my card without my permission. Pass me on to supervisor who acted like she took a report but these benefits are New York state benefits unemployment insurance benefits and they weren't supposed to do this
