Complained about money being taken and spent back in 2021 keybank would not talk to me cause someone stole my debit card finally after two years I got them to send debit card, that I received most of all my money was gone now they are saying they cannot see any transactions they stalled me on getting a card so they did not have to pay me. Resolution Sought I would like a provisional credit to start so my money can be returned immediately, they need to give me every dime.

I'm a retired employee whose had an account with KeyBank for 44 yrs. They have my pension that I'm not even collecting. I've been having some health and financial problems I felt KeyBank could help me with. I wanted to take out a loan secured or unsecured from them to pay down most of my credit cards and pay some off. They want me to pay them off and close my accounts. It takes a lot to build credit. KeyBank doesn't understand credit in real life. The only thing I can say is that i pulled money from my pension to purchase my home in 1984 and it's paid off. I wanted to show them that closing credit cards mess up credit scores. I never thought that my community would feel this way towards a Bank I used to love. I've gotten credit card offers and new car financing offers. I'm upset because the branch manager has known me as long as she's been there over 30 yrs. I've been living alone for the last 22 yrs on my income alone and have driven 4 brand new cars off the lot worth more than what I want to borrow,and it's not good enough. Shame on you KeyBank I just want to stop living from pay day to pay day not being able to save money or even have groceries sometimes. So what does it really take for KeyBank to help a loyal retired employee. Resolution Sought Would be for KeyBank to give me the loan and let me disburse the funds the way I'd like. They have a poster that says "We specialize in minding your business", So very true and unfair there are different individuals trying to do different things.
