They are inconsiderate & unaccountable.

After taking the first steps to reporting my card lost/stolen key bank stopped answering my calls & emails for weeks on it. Keep in mind just like all of you I have bills to pay & mouths to feed. Would be greatly appreciated if we the consumer can for once revive quality customer service. These conditions permitted are intolerable & unacceptable, I have no access to my funds to handle my daily/weekly business. To simply do their job & provide customer service. We Americans have been slacking all across the board & we are only as good as our weakest link. There is no sense of pride like there use to be. Nowadays most these kids pick up the phone for a job they parents landed for them which is a direct result of the horrible customer service we the consumer receive or lack there of .
