Key Builders co. Mr. Cedano started my basement remodel & didn't have any workers to ,he came by himself sometimes one a week after constant calling ,he stated he's trying to get help . I Paid Mr. Cedano over 16000 ,he was also given 1500 for 3 windows that he broke to be installed, he didn't complete phase 1 of the build according to his contract & he wanted the final payment of approximately 1500 ,he left my staircase unsecured, a 2ft by 4ft opening in my ceiling ,unfinished drop ceiling in bathroom, bedroom & living room,3 broken windows,unfinished plank flooring ,unfinished shower & plumbing throughout the basement. He had a sheetrock lift machine in basement, he called & it was returned to him,all his tools was removed by Mr. Cedano. I had to Hire other contractors to get all the mistakes & unfinished work completed. Resolution Sought He was always late & showed up once a week constantly complaining about his like of workers, he tried to do most of the work himself, but clearly wasn't skilled, Mr. Cedano clearly took on more than he was capable of, I had to be constantly calling him, otherwise he never showed up on the job. I don't think Mr. Cedano know what he is doing or or is qualified
