Key credit promised me that they would send letters out and help me fix my credit. It's been six months and I have spoken to every person I owe money to and no letters ever gone out they have never contacted them and when I tried calling key credit repair they hung up on me twice now! I was advised that he credit is a sham and I guess it is I need help resolving this please all I wanted to do is fix my credit and instead I'm getting taken advantage of! Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be to have my money refunded so I can go somewhere else to get the service done. And I want them to stop charging my account.
