Employees were very nasty and unprofessional and rude

Today at 8:00pm I was not sure if the keyfood supermarket located at 421 west 125 NY NY 10027 was close so I walked by the market I notice people was inside still shopping but the door was locked. I asked if I can purchase one item but the cashier told me no the market was closed so I asked to speak to a manager because I wanted to know the hours of when they close. The cashiers were very nasty and unprofessional and the baggers were very nasty and unprofessional as well. They told me the manager was doing paper work. One bagger came to the window and told me if I wanted to speak to a manager I needed to wait in a sarcasm and obnoxious demeanor; So I waited 30 minutes outside as the store closed I saw the manager and his employees all walk out the store together and I told the manager how his employees were very nasty and unprofessional and rude and his employees started laughing still in front of him. He did nothing to let them know that they should not treat a customer the way they treated me but he apologized to me. This is not the first time I have experienced rude or nasty and unprofessional behavior by the employees in this store I hope this issue be addressed and Soon. I would like for a personal apology from all the employees in this store for the rude and unprofessional disrespect that I have experienced tonight as well it would be nice if they need to put a sign up for the hours of operations and the workers that was rude and disrespectful needs to be written up and suspended.
