This company has refused to replace carpeting that is about 17 years old as it thread barren filthy no matter how many times it is cleaned (at least once a month) on my part. My refrigerator has gone out on Saturday evening and they have still not given me any help to fix this emergency over the 24 hr period as of Monday at 12:00 noon. They should not be a management company at all. Resolution Sought I am demanding I be paid for all the food I have lost!
