I hate to even give one star
I usually enjoy giving 5-star reviews, but this time is different.
This is my first "bad" review.
This "independent," HYN dealership, in Van Nuys, CA, not only discriminates against women, but breaks every rule in the book, including
selling defective cars, especially DON'T BUY a 2017 Veloster, unless you plan to spend your valuable time and money getting the "run around." rather then them ... at the dealership, or HYN corp, that has the $30,000 Auto Loan, admitting fault ... that the car has a bad brain, the loan is too much, and the interest was based on an incorrect FICO score, called a FICO 08, which was still wrong.
The Smart Brain (that's a Lemon, in my opinion) is:(a $15,000 fix), and flashes random warning lights, that can and may FREEZE/STALL the car, so that you may end up in a fatal accident, like I almost did, while their sales dept, says "once you drive it off the lot, it's your problem," and the service department makes you return so often, that you may lose your job, only to report, that the car is safe to drive, as they can't find a problem. Another lie. If you trade it in for a different car, but now can't afford a "down payment," because you spent all your money, on a brand new car with problems, they won't give you a different model, but undervalue your LEMON first car, and OVER - VALUE your new (perhaps second lEMON, instead of doing the right thing, called a BUYBACK OR LEMON BUYBACK, forgiving your loan with no hit to your credit score, and setting you free.
This dealership should be sued, and will be, unless they do something right for a change. Even HYN Corp, will assist them, if they would do the right thing, in the meantime, I don't recommend the 2017 HYN Veloster, to anyone, unless they are a wealthy, male lawyer. Then perhaps Brian Sobal, will LISTEN. As they are so dirty, in so many other areas (audit city), that a $2 million dollar lawsuit, is not out of the question. Send your private investigater in, as I have, and you won't believe how much you'll document.
Hopefully, my friend can be set free, from her faulty cars and loans, without legal action, which is her right, but she is both nice and patient, and for that they should help her, while they can.
Just save yourself the headache, and the effects in every area of your life, by purchasing another car, not a 2017 Smart Car, that acts Stupid, because you really can't use any of the Smart features safely, therefore, why buy it?
