I contacted the company to replace a key fob for my 2018 Jeep Compass. The technician examined my vehicle and informed me that the original fob would need to be ordered. I was asked to make a deposit of $75 for the part to be ordered, I did so via cashapp. I called several times to confirm if the part was ordered and when it would arrive, I received no response. Someone from the company texted me offering to refund $25, the part was never ordered & they are charging s service fee that I was never made aware of. So not only did they take my money & not order the part, they refuse to issue a refund & delayed my fob being replace another week. I can't drive my car, if they stated they couldn't fix it, I could've had another company fix it a week ago. Resolution Sought I need them to refund my money
