Agency keeps sending me, the wrong person that has similar name collections notices and wage garnishment letters. Resolution Sought I want my name removed form their database and a call from the agency CEO/Director indicating that my name is removed and how my name got mixed up.

Customer Complaint

Received a notice of intent to garnish wages on August 6, 2022. Claiming I owe $98 for the years 2016-15 and 14 in per capita tax to the Northgate School District. I did not live in the District during those years. When I called and spoke to La Shay she found two other addresses in the computer that I had lived at during those years. I was told I still needed to send in paperwork. Resolution Sought I do not want my employer contacted.
