Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My husband and I applied for a Rental Home with Keystone Realty. We were told we had to fill out separate application but we would be grouped together and reviewed as a pair. My husband sent in his information on Thursday, April 28, 2022, along with his $50 for a credit check. I submitted my application and $50 on Sunday, May 1, 2022 3:35 pm. On Monday, May 2, 2022 at 12:25 pm. I was informed by Zachary my application had been reviewed and I was not approved. I asked why? He stated "Your grouped application with Christopher was denied due to credit. I said " I paid for a credit check as well. Was that taken into consideration?" He said they had reviewed the application as a pair. If they had checked my credentials they would know my credit score is at least 790. I have not missed a payment on my credit cards. I have lived in the same apartment for 21year and I pay my rent on time each month. I find it strange that they took the money but did not check my credit history and denied our application based on my husband credit alone. At Keystone Realty's request, we communicated by email or text messages only. I still have those messages with the dates and times if you would like to see them. Resolution Sought I would like for Keystone to refund my $50.
