On 2/16/2022 I had my Federal and State taxes filed by John j. Defassio a Certified public Accountant employed by Wendy L. JONES Keystone Tax Service of Pennsburg. Mr. Defassio completed the tax forms and delivered the paperwork to Keystones office located at 405 main st. Pennsburg, Pa 18073. On 6/9/2022 I contacted the IRS to follow up on my tax refund of $648.00 at which time I learned that my taxes had not been done electronically or filed with the IRS. A few of $280 was paid. My phone calls have been done with no reply along with emails. Resolution Sought File taxes as required and any penalties be paid by Keystone along with a return of fees paid for failing to file Federal Tax Return with the IRS.
