I had an issue with my federal my state and my local. My federal said that somebody filed a paper copy and an e-file. Then local said the tax preparer prepared it wrong. The state needed copies of the W-2 which they never received. I called up many times to talk to the tax preparer Wendy. She never returned my phone calls. I dropped copies off for her to look at my paperwork she never did that either. I called and talked to the receptionist about my local and the receptionist said please stop calling here till after tax season I said I need a little bit of guidance of what I need to do for each one that was different. Never received phone calls paid the money and no guidance I had to do this on my own. No refund offered back. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of my money that I paid for Wendy's services given the fact that I did not get any guidance. Nor did she go above and beyond to help me figure out the federal the state or the local she assumed that it was just the one problem with the federal even though I left numerous messages.
