I voluntarily surrendered my car to kalidy Kia around the first week in January 2026, car has been in possession at kalidy dealership, key fob was lost by dealership. Kia finance was notified by me(Courtney Harjo) and also kalidy Kia dealership. Kia finance was told where the car was located , was never picked until 4/8/26 at kalidy Kia dealership. I am charged for car notes and late fees from the month of December of 25-4/8/26 when car was picked up. Kalidy wrote statementsout stating the car was and had been their possession since January 2026. Kia finance isn't corporatting with the statements they told me to get from kalidy Kia, when statements were sent to Kia finance they wouldn't except those statements. They reported me to the credit bureau. This is inferring with me continuing to close on a house. Resolution Sought To get this situation resolved so I can move forward with moving in my house, I have limited time to get this done and situated.

I've been trying to get the title of a car that has a lien on it through Kia motor finance. After contacting Kia motor finance, they informed me they have no record of this vehicle and since they have no record, they can't help me. But the secretary of state has them as the lienholder. Resolution Sought I would like to get this abandoned vehicle to the scrapyard
