I've been trying to get the title of a car that has a lien on it through Kia motor finance. After contacting Kia motor finance, they informed me they have no record of this vehicle and since they have no record, they can't help me. But the secretary of state has them as the lienholder. Resolution Sought I would like to get this abandoned vehicle to the scrapyard

I am trying to voluntarily surrender my vehicle to Kia finance America and they keep dragging out the process. I have been in talks with different people for months trying to get something scheduled to repo the car. They keep telling me I have the wrong forms filled out and then they proceed to send me blank nonexistent forms or the exact same form I've already filled out numerous times. Resolution Sought I would like to get the car surrendered and potentially the interest for the last couple months removed because I've been trying for months to get the car repossessed.
