I think they need people in customer service that know what they are doing. I ended up taking my car somewhere else after eight weeks.
No one in customer service knew what was going on with my car they had my car for eight weeks and all I heard the part is on back order. most if the time no one would answer the phone. They could have got the part from another dealership. I just think they weren't"t. Really trying to help me.
