I purchased a car the car February 28 2023 the car started lose antifreeze I took the car back to Kia inform them of the problem. The sales manager say the best I can do for you is sale you a warranty. I repeated that the car was losing anti freeze and need repairing. He says take the warranty. He and the employee stressed make sure you wait 30 days.. I wait 50 days reported the problem to the warranty company. Explain the problem. The warranty employee says my problem was a common problem with the Ford edge. Take it in to be repaired. I took it to a Ford dealer. after waiting 2 weeks the warranty decline to fix the car say it was a pre existence problem and I drove little over one hundred mile since the purchase of Warranty. I call Kia to inform them the warranty will not cover the repairs .Jr service mangers say he spoke to the warranty company and there is nothing he can do and he can speck to me any longer about my problem. I asked for his supervisor number. I then contacted Mr. Art White. I explained the problem to him he called the warranty and Ford was told the warranty will not cover repairs. He calls me and and said he will repair my car but only pay for half the cost, and I should have brought the car back to them. I explained I return the car and was told there isn't anything that could be done by the sale manager Jr but sale me a warranty. He was told the car was losing antifreeze Mr Art White say the problem is commo Resolution Sought They have repaired my car, but is holding it for half payment. I explained more the 4 times I do not have money to pay for repairs I am 66 years old and purchased the car to transport myself to doctors appointments and food shopping etc. I would like Kia to release my car to me this problem was report in August 2023. My car was taken in for repairs Oct 11,2023 Kia competed repairs Nov 23 2023 . KIA is holding my car for payment to this day. I can not continue pay for a car note etc..
