My 2019 Kia forte has been in service since Feb 21, with the check engine light remaining on. At first, a new crank shaft was installed, as that was the problem detected. After driving the car away, the check engine light came back on...I drove it back in the next morning. After 8 days of waiting at home and not knowing when the problem would be solved, I received a call stating that the Engine had defects, and they would install a new one, once they received it. This took approximately 6 weeks. I received another call to pick the car up next morning. Before I arrived, I was called back with the news that the Check engine light was back on. Now they are breaking up this 'New' engine...and it has been weeks since that occurred. Meanwhile, I have been paying $370 per week for a rental car, now totaling $5,000 plus in expenses. They have "No Answers" for Me. Resolution Sought I would need All of my money back from the rental car, and my car back very soon. If not, I should get a new car, and Get All of my money back from the rental.
