I contacted this dealership about a car listed for sale. I asked for the out the door price with all taxes and fees included, and I was provided with it. Once I got to the dealership, they refused to honor the price that I was told in the email. They told me that all of their prices online are listed for $2000 less than it actually costs. I showed them the email where I had already discussed the price with a worker and they refused to honor it. Classic bait and switch, claiming a car is one price and going in and saying oh no it's actually not that price. This business is dishonest and deceiving. They knew that I was coming from a long way to see this car and still lied and refused to give me the price that was listed online. Resolution Sought Give me the car for the price listed.
