I purchased my 2017 Mitsubishi in 2017 with an extended warranty. Since I've had this car and taken it in for servicing throughout the years I've been charged for repairs and maintenance that wasn't completed or half completed. I've contacted my warranty company to find out that a claim has never been submitted since I've had the insurance witch is about to expire soon. I've been lied to on many occasions from not reimbursement of money for rental car I had to get when they were out of them and my transmission went out on a newer car that was wasn't even being driven much due to me being critically ill from covid at the time. The transmission was covered by manufacturer warranty and I believe I was being punished for that. I've called several times and brought the car in about my breaks and was made to feel like I was being crazy as I was told nothing was wrong with them. I expressed my frustration and my concerns and how I don't want to have to pay for rotors and extra expense only to have to anyways. I have an open investigation with the corporate office as of 06/17/23 and am waiting to hear back from them. I have plenty of evidence to support my claims. I believe my treatment is because I'm an African American woman and this is not ok. I believe my car was being sabotaged when I did bring it in and that's why my transmission stopped working. All of this is hurting my physical and mental health I already have from long covid. I'm not a well lady Resolution Sought Refund me for the extended warranty, the repairs that were never made or partially made. Pay for all of the mental and psychological damages they're still causing me. The car sounds horrible after just paying 1506.61$ for breaks that I was told not needed, tires and an alignment. This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Kia the first one in 2011 I had no issues because it was used and I took it elsewhere for all my repairs and maintenance. I'm so disappointed in a big company like this

Yes I am I was talking with someone online saying that they had a specific vehicle on the lot still and I get to the place which is 35 minutes away from where I actually live and I have been up since 7 PM because I just got off work at 7 AM and go all the way up there and then they said oh I'm sorry but that means that one was sold yesterday and they're advertising on the radio that they have the best and biggest inventory they have ever had and the two things that I specifically looking for they don't have so I am wanting to let everyone know that that is considered false advertising especially when it's on the radio and I want them to get in trouble Resolution Sought I just want them to fix their stuff online and apologize to me

We truly apologize for the lack of inventory and apologize for the inconvenience to you. With the worldwide shortage of inventory we continually try to do our best to keep online inventory up to date. Normally we carry 250-300 new cars in stock and right now we are lucky to have 15-20 at any given time. We are highly recommending that consumers pre-order or put a deposit on incoming vehicles as it looks like this shortage will continue for the next 12-18 months.
