They broke the rod and lug nut on my tire. The technician didn't tell me about it and I drove off the lot and drove the vehicle for 1 week. I have 5 kids, myself and my husband that I drive in the vehicle. I got it fixed at another place and they are not doing anything about their mistake because I got it fixed at another place. Resolution Sought To pay me back for the service I had to pay on the viechle.
