I ordered a new Kia hybrid in October and estimated delivery was 4 weeks. The vehicle has been sitting in a vehicle delivery lot in Philadelphia for 6 weeks awaiting pick up by a transport company supposedly as reported by both Kia and the dealer. No one seems to have any control of getting the vehicles picked up and delivered to the dealer and the local teamsters philadelphia office indicated that they only take the vehicles off the ships a d its someone else that is responsible to pick them up to be delivered. Constantly getting the runaround by Kia offices Resolution Sought Get the vehicle to the dealership so I can take possession.

Company states: The dealership has no control over when Kia Motors transports the vehicles to their dealers. The customer signed a purchase order stating 1-3 months based on delivery. the consumer picked up his new vehicle on 12/30/2022.
