I filled out an application for financing a pickup. I received a text message that I was approved. I was told thru a text message that the salesman and his manager had talk to the bank and I was approved for the vehicle I wanted. The next day I text the salesman and he text me back and told me I would have to have a cosigner or money down to be approved. I had done told everyone the night before that I was approved and I was going after the truck the next day if they didn't deliver it. Now I feel like a fool because I was lied to. How can a business tell you that your are approved then the next day that your not. I was expecting to have that vehicle in my drive the next day. My hopes were shattered. The salesmen even went as far as asking what my location was and he was supposed to talk to his manager and delivery truck. He said he and his manager had done got me approved thru the bank. It was all a lie. I've never been so upset. It is not right what they had done to me. Why lead someone to believe they are getting a vehicle then jerk it out from under them. Resolution Sought Honor what I was told that I was approved. I'm not asking them to give it to me.

Went to Kia of Frisco they said they had a van but didn't. So we looked at other cars found one but the sale person wanted to sale us a different one. Had to order it with a refundable deposit I didn't want to wait but he kept talking about that car. My wife gave in and we put the deposit down found a Surbura that we loved so we bought. Now they will not give e us our deposit back. Resolution Sought Get our refund back
