My 2018 Kia Sorento broke down and I had it toll to Lincoln Ford Kia. This was over a month ago. They just diagnosed my vehicle and told me what the problem was they ordered the parts. Now that the parts are in They can't tell me when my vehicle will be ready everything is under warranty. I ask to speak with the general manager and he won't return my calls. This is my first time having to deal with something like this from a business the people are very rude and I hope that I'll never have to deal with this situation again. Resolution Sought All I want them to do is please fix my vehicle in a timely manner it's been over a month and they don't even offer you a longer car. I've been calling everyday. But it seems nobody is getting back to me on this matter.

I am a new customer to Kia. I am in the market for a specific car. In particular, a 2023 Telluride SX Black extirpated with black interior. Kia of Laurel stated they did have the car I was looking at. I spent 2 days going back and forth on this car until all the details where settled. I drove 2 1/2 hours to learn the vehicle we agreed on did not have black interior but tan interior even after repeatedly asking our salesman Jeremy and the Ethernet manager Justin they where sure that the exact car advertised and agreed on was the one we would be purchasing. Jeremy assured me that another Telluride sx was available for back up but had all wheel drive instead of front wheel drive and would be the exact price as the one we originally agreed on. We drove to Laurel in good faith only to be told the vehicle we where buying had different color interior. Not only was this a bait and switch scenario, but a hard hit was put on my credit agreeing on original terms. The time we spent driving to and from Kia and the fuel that it took to get there was costly and this business should be held accountable for their ethical violations as well as there lack of concern for the sales tactics they use just to make a buck. Integrity is very important in business and the lying the salesman did as well as the finance manager Katy should be looked into. Resolution Sought Honor what their sales team members commit to just trying to lure customers in store and sale something the customers don't won't.
