I purchased a vehicle from them on 5/31/23. This was my second time coming to them in a two week time period because the 1st car they forced me to purchase, I didn't like. They told me due to my loan amount allotted to me from my bank, this was the only car in my price range. I returned the 1st car and they offered me a 2021 Kia Seltos. It is a beauty and fully loaded. As I was test driving it, I noticed that it was very shaky and making some squealing noises. I mentioned it to the sales representatives and he said that the car was just warming up and that again, this car was in my price range. I took it home and as the days went on. The squealing got worse. There was a acidity smell and it was acting like it didn't want to move forward, so I called the dealership. They first tried to make me wait until August 15, 2023 to fix my car until I got angry. Then they told me to bring my car in on the 15th at 9am. I did. After they checked her out. They said it was the clutch and it was going to take two weeks to get and install the part. On 6/28/23 @ 12:03pm, I called the dealership and asked when my car was going to be ready. I was told that the part just got there that day and that they were going to fix it. On 7/3/23, some guy from the dealership called me and lied. He said that the part just got in and he didn't know when they were gonna get my car on the line. Resolution Sought I would like to either have my car fixed or a new car for all my troubles.

Issue is NOT resolved! There are multiple issues with the vehicle still to this day. It's still shaky. It doesn't want to accelerate most of the time. It still makes loud noises and now my computer is messing up and my car always smells like anti-freeze. No point in contacting them about it. They always have an excuse and love to gaslight their customers.BOTTOM LINE: KIA OF PUYALLUP SOLD ME A LEMON AND GOT AWAY WITH IT! I am working with my credit union who I am financing my car through to see what other legal options I have available.
