Ongoing issue with getting refunded for a trade in vehicle $2000, also now a loan is due with the credit union for 22,467.31 but we never took possession of the vehicle due to mechanical issues and lies from the sales/service dept. Resolution Sought Reimburse us for the trade in vehicle that shouldn't have been sold to auction under our feet in 2 days time and have the funds sent back to Jovia. Loan needs to be closed.
