I was given an appointment on a certain date and time, and after I drove 3 hours, 140 miles and used a lot of gasoline that I had to borrow money to pay for my gasoline, when I got there I was told they were out of the parts for the recall problem. I came in there for, and the recall could catch my car on fire, and I was told I would have to come back another day. I called and talked to the assistant manager and he told me he would work on getting me reimbursed for the gasoline it took to drive there and back, he said he would call me back but he hasn't called me back, I haven't heard nothing from him or the Kia dealership. Why was I even gave an appointment if they didn't have the parts, I wasted a lot of time and money for gasoline that I didn't have to spare. Resolution Sought I would at least like to get $100.00 credit for my 3 hours of driving and all the gasoline I used, and note I had to borrow the money to pay for my gasoline to go for my appointment, just to be told they didn't have the parts and I would have to come back another day, so I wasted all that time and money for nothing.
